The Midlife Strength Edit
I started three natural peptides in 2025, at 60. Within five to six months I lost 4.5 inches from my waist and hips, and I've kept it off. Today I'm 62 and healthier than I was at 45.
Free 13-page guide. My story, the science in plain English, and a day in my life.
Off my waist and hips in five to six months
Lean muscle
Bone density on my DEXA scan
Medications at 62
In full menopause. My individual results.
You're not alone
Friend, I've been exactly where you are.

My story
For decades I strength trained, ate clean, prioritized protein and got my steps in. I had been disciplined my entire life, and it had always worked.
Until it didn't.
Around 52, menopause hit and everything changed. The belly fat crept in and would not leave. My energy tanked. I was losing muscle no matter how hard I trained. My sleep was terrible, and a DEXA scan showed my bones were thinning.
I tried every supplement on the market. Nothing moved the needle.
"It was not about doing more. It was about helping my body respond again."
My husband, Dr. Robert John Tomlinson, is a retired orthopedic surgeon with degrees in biochemistry and exercise physiology. He read the clinical trials before I took a single dose, and he is the one who said, "Susan, this is legitimate."
Then we added bioactive precision peptides to my training and protein.
The inches started coming off. My energy came back. My sleep got deep again. My DEXA showed my bones getting stronger, not weaker.
My body did not have a discipline problem. It had a signaling problem.
The science, made simple
After 40, three things happen at the same time that make weight loss feel impossible.
1
As hormones decline, your body moves fat to your midsection, where it wraps around your organs. That fat sends inflammatory signals that tell your body to store even more.
2
Women lose 3 to 8 percent of their muscle per decade after 40, and faster after menopause. Less muscle means a slower metabolism and weaker bones.
3
Your cells talk through peptide signals that say burn fat, build muscle, sleep deeply. After 40 those signals fade. Your cells can still do the work. They just aren't getting the message.
What are peptides, and why they work
A peptide is a short chain of 2 to 50 amino acids. Each colored circle is one amino acid, linked together like beads.
Peptides are messages. They carry precise signals that tell your cells what to do, and after 40 those signals get quieter.
And more.
Individual results vary. This information is educational and is not medical advice.
What the research shows
of the fat lost was visceral fat in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial of a bioactive peptide, 65% of it from the trunk, with no muscle loss.
Up to four times greater muscle protein synthesis with a bioactive peptide compared with whey protein in studies.
Daily routine
Nothing extreme. Nothing complicated. Just steady habits that add up.

My own progress
The inches came off my waist and hips, and they stayed off. My energy came back. My blood work is excellent, and I take zero medications.
Your body just needs the right signals.
Your questions, answered
These are naturally derived bioactive peptides, taken by mouth and clinically studied. They are not synthetic and there are no needles. My husband, a retired orthopedic surgeon, read the trials before I took a single dose. Always talk with your doctor before starting anything new, especially if you take medication.
I started at 60, in full menopause, and got my best results in my 60s. The women in the photos above are in their 40s, 50s and 60s. Age is not a barrier here, friend.
Bioactive peptides are not GLP-1 medications. They are naturally derived and taken by mouth, with no needles. If you take a GLP-1 medication, talk to your prescriber before adding anything new to your routine.
Many women notice energy and sleep first. My measurements changed within five to six months, and they have held steady since. Consistency is everything.

I spent years doing everything right and still felt like my body was failing me. I know that feeling, and I know there's a way through it. No woman should have to figure this out alone.
